This sub-decree shows the area of ​​359,727.5 square meters (three hundred and fifty-nine thousand, seven hundred and twenty-seven point five square meters) located in Sangkat Kork Roka, Khan Prek Pnov, Phnom Penh, which defined in sub-decree No. 20 issued on February 3, 2016, on the area of ​​Boeung Ta Mok (Boeung Kob Srov) with an area of ​​3,239.7 hectares in Phnom Penh as the state public property to reclassify this state public property to state private property. The area of ​​359,727.5 square meters in Sangkat Kork Roka, Khan Prek Pnov, Phnom Penh was granted ownership to Mr. Sao Sokha, Mr. Vong Pisen, Mr. Ya Kimy, Mr. Sea Sambath, and Mr. Por Meng, with taxes and duties owed by the state.
