This sub-decree were cutting an area of ​​03 (three) hectares in Sangkat Kork Roka, Khan Prek Pnov, Phnom Penh, which is defined in Sub-Decree No. 20, dated February 3, 2016 on the area of ​​Boeung Ta Mok (Boeung Kob Srov). 3,239.7 hectares in Phnom Penh is the state public property to reclassify from the state public property to the state private property. Donation of 03 (three) hectares of land located in Sangkat Kork Roka, Khan Prek Pnov, Phnom Penh above, owned by the Commissariat of Phnom Penh Municipal Police.
