The total land parcels of 75.30 hectares were ceded from forest cover 2002 for reclassifying as state private and granting ownership to people who own the actual land, within which 24.66 hectares are located in village 1 and 6, commune 1 and 4, Preah Sihanouk city and 50.64 hectares in Chamnaot Ream​​ village, Bet Trang commune, Prey Nob district, Preah Sihanouk province.
