This sub-decree aims to cut the land of 451.27 hectares in Chan Sar and Popel Communes, Sot Nikum District, Siem Reap Province from the forest cover in 2002 to reclassify as state private land and provide ownership to the actual citizens according to coordinate system project UTM Zone 48N Datum WGS 1984, as shown in the map and table in the appendix of this sub-decree.
