Electricity Law No 03 / SSPP, December 8, 2008

The Law on Electricity sets out the principles, rules and measures on organization, movement, management and supervision of electricity works in order to make efficient electricity generation and operation of the power sector, aiming to exploit the potential of natural resources in a sustainable manner and encourage the implementation of national socio-economic plans and improve the living conditions of the ethnic people.
