70% of complaints and denunciations related to land

Data is announced at the National Conference on the implementation of citizen reception, settlement of complaints and denunciations in 2015 by the Government Inspectorate and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment. Accordingly, complaints and denouncements on land often account for nearly 70% of complaints and denunciations received by administrative agencies allover the country and 98% of the total number of letters received annually by MONRE.

The main cause of complaints and denunciations is that mechanisms, policies and laws have been gradually improved, but still there are some shortcomings, especially the regulations on land, housing.
