Law on Organization and Functioning of Constitutional Council (2007)
This purposes of this law are to create and determine the Organization and the Functioning of the Constitutional Council in order to ensure the respect of the Constitution, to interpret the Constitution and the laws, to examine and to rule on the litigations related to the elections of the Members of the National Assembly and to the elections of the Senators.
